THE IMAGO X AI PROJECT
The Intelligence Layer for Creative Economies.
The global creative economy generates $2.3 trillion every year. It employs one in sixteen people worldwide. And yet the infrastructure required to scale it, to connect cultural output to economic ownership, to ensure that the value creative practitioners generate is actually captured by the people who created it, does not exist at sufficient depth or scale anywhere in the world.
The IMAGO x AI Project is being built to close that gap.

The Problem Is Not Creativity. It Is Infrastructure.
Creative industries in the UK alone contributed £145.8 billion to the economy in 2024, growing at four times the rate of the wider economy. Globally, the creative economy employs 6.2 percent of the world's workforce. Africa's creative sector could generate $20 billion annually with adequate infrastructure, and its output more than doubled between 2004 and 2020.
And yet over 70 percent of UK creative businesses report they do not have enough finance to grow. 85 percent of all venture capital flowing into creative industries goes into software and IT, leaving publishing, media, fashion, and cultural production structurally under-funded and under-built. The talent exists. The cultural output exists. The commercial appetite is global. The infrastructure that would allow it to compound into lasting economic value does not.
This is the gap The IMAGO x AI Project exists to close.

What The IMAGO x AI Project Is
The IMAGO x AI Project is an AI-powered creative infrastructure system developed under The Multiverse and L'El-Roi Global Ltd. It is designed to enable the design, generation, and scaling of narrative-driven content, products, and digital worlds across publishing, media, fashion, and cultural production.
Most AI platforms generate content. The IMAGO x AI Project builds the infrastructure that determines what gets created, how it scales, and where the value is captured. This is not a tool. It is a system. The distinction matters: tools produce outputs. Infrastructure governs the conditions under which outputs become assets.
The project is proprietary and currently in active research development. Full architecture documentation is available to institutional partners and funding bodies on request.

Built in the UK. Built for the World.
The UK is Europe's largest AI ecosystem. The creative industries are one of eight priority growth sectors in the UK Industrial Strategy and contribute £145.8 billion to the economy annually. The IMAGO x AI Project is developed in the UK, positions UK creative intelligence for global export, and aligns directly with the Creative Industries Sector Plan and the government's strategic objective of leading the world in AI-powered creative production.
The first proven international expansion market is Africa. Priority deployment: Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, and Kenya, all connected to the UK by deep trade and cultural relationships and all representing documented demand that the current global creative infrastructure is not meeting.
The Founder

Thomasina Legend is a Narrative Engineer, AI Systems Architect, and the Founder and Director of L'El-Roi Global Ltd. She is the creator of The Multiverse and the originator of the Narrative Engineering framework, a body of practice that examines creative economies as structured systems and designs interventions at the architectural level rather than the output level.
Her work sits at the intersection of creative intelligence, AI systems, and the structural conditions of the global creative economy. The IMAGO x AI Project is the technological infrastructure expression of the Narrative Engineering practice she has been developing and publishing through The Multiverse.
